Overall a very solid developer is backing the project with decades of experience. They have a great name of a very renowned Cricketer as their front face of the project. Ideally located in Bahria Hamlets Phase 8, this the most quickest populating area of Bahria Town Rawalpindi. Also they are offering very competitive prices to compete with the other developers in Bahria Town.
The only thing worrying is that under CDA the majority chunk of area of phase 8 falls under the forest land, which in turn means that the government would fine Bahria Town for developing & eradicating forest land. This could in turn cause some issues for the faint heart investor.
