AMMANAT EXPERT OPINION
This is a remarkable project for both investment & to hold for the long term. With an Ideal location parallel to Centarus mall & breathtaking lush green Margalla Hills its hard to find a fault in this project. The project is to be delivered by end of 2020, with the complete structure intact you can visit your commercial shops & apartments at the time of purchase. The price has appreciated quite a lot, but if you are investing for a few years this project still has a good amount of appreciation heading its way, especially after the commercial aspect of this mall is active.
The legalities of this project are clear as per CDA, there is little known about the developer however it is hard not to commend someone who has almost deliver their project.
However with all that said there are a few things lacking in a investment that high, there is no infinity pools, cigar lounges, penthouses or even 3 bedroom apartments, gym or fitness center reserved for the residents, spa or steam room with a minimum investment of 1 bedroom starting from 2.5 crores that should be a pre-requisite. With all things said & done this project still deserves a Solid 9.5/10.
