Sargodha: Authorities have swiftly enacted prohibitions on the sale and transfer of plots in various areas within the city, as reported by a news source on August 30.

According to the report, Divisional Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Ajmal Bhatti recently officially declared 38 housing schemes as illegal. In order to ensure the effective enforcement of this ban, formal communication has been sent to the revenue department. The DC’s office has expressed a commitment to take stringent actions, which may include the potential demolition of any structures erected within these unauthorized schemes. These measures are aimed at ensuring that housing and infrastructure development adhere to established legal and sustainable practices, thereby contributing to the orderly growth of the region, as stated by DC Bhatti.
