Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has announced the auction of commercial plots in Sectors G-13 and G-14 (Class-III) in Islamabad, as per the information available on the official FGEHA website. These commercial plots vary in size and are scheduled to be auctioned on September 12 and 13.

The auction will also feature a petrol filling station plot, with bidding taking place on September 12 at 10 AM at Aura Grande, E-11, Islamabad. Buyers who opt for advance lump-sum payments on the commercial plots located in Sectors G-13 and G-14 will enjoy a 10% rebate.

These prime sites offer excellent prospects for establishing versatile businesses, shopping centers, corporate offices, and banks.
