Lahore Development Authority announces the auction of commercial plots in Finance & Trade Center
Lahore Development Authority has announced the auction of commercial plots in the Finance & Trade Center. Auction for commercial plots will take place publicly on 23rd Feb 2021 (Tuesday) at 09:00 am. The public auction of these plots will take place LDA Sports complex in Johar Town, Lahore. According to LDA, the location of these plots is perfect for hotels, shopping malls, banks, apartments, gyms & other commercial projects.
Moreover, Lahore Development Authority announced that the auction will be held for 12 commercial plots in Finance and Trade Center. Besides, another 27 plots located in Iqbal Town, Johar Town, Sabzazar Town & Faisal Town will also be presented for auction.
LDA will also auction the lease rights for the community center, marquee, petrol pump & other commercial plots located in Johar Town, New Muslim Town, New Garden Town.
