The project was launched in 2006 while the balloting was done the same year in September. 9000 files were offered on 3.5 years installment plan. Recently, 2500 more files have been launched. But due to higher price tag, it was not welcomed as such. But it must be noted that the old as well as all the new files are completely sold out. The developer does not have old files everything that is available is only available on resale. A, B, C Blocks are balloted & possession will be granted soon as well.

The project is from a very sound developer, a developer that has been consistently delivering. The brains behind the projects are Chaudry Majeed who is a sound developer and has delivered all his projects on time.

Previously delivered projects are B-17, 2 Sectors of E-11, Silver Oaks, Faisal Town F-18 & many more. Although a little pricey for the location but one thing is for sure the development work will be outstanding. I would still personally consider this among one of the most solid investment option.

NOC is approved with final sanction just pending but the the Capital Appreciation of the plots don’t seem to stop. It is still very highly sought after with very good profit for investors looking for mid to short term investment less than a year.

Overall, a very good project with a great location & I am sure once it’s developed the scenic beauty will be outstanding as well. We would rank it a solid 9/10 if you are planning to get good returns this is great option the only reason this project has 1 mark short is because the final sanction from RDA is due. However, we personally have faith in the developer & has past track record is more than enough to prove it.
