Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared 3 housing schemes illegal & unauthorized on May 20th, . These declared illegal housing & farming schemes included Al-Rehman Farm Houses & Residencia, Pad Farming Scheme & Shahdab Farming Housing Scheme. As per new notification no NOC has been obtained by CDA from the developers before launching of these projects.

The civic body asserts that no project can be launched without the prior permission from CDA on part of ICT Zoning Regulation 1992. According to recent issued notice, developers of these projects haven’t attained any NOC or legal certificate from CDA. Al-Rehman Farm Houses and Residencia is located in Mouza Tumair.  Pad Farming Scheme & Shahdab Farming Housing Scheme is located on Kuri Road in Zone-4.

Moreover, CDA has advised general public, sponsors & investors to do not indulge in  investment in any of these respective housing or farming schemes. As it is illegal & unauthorized and will only lead to loss of their investment on large scale. In addition, authority has also refrained advertisement & marketing agencies to do not advertise these illegal entities.
