Blue World City NOC is Under-process in RDA

Blue World City NOC is under-process in Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). The rumors regarding Blue world City NOC’s cancellation by RDA is surrounding the town from the last 2 days. Blue World City is alleged for selling more land than it acquires.

However, Saad Nazir, partner of project revealed that the NOC of BWC is under-process in RDA. He extensively described the whole NOC approval process. He said “NOC approval is quite lengthy & a time taking process in RDA”. Further, we have already acquired NOC from other departments including Regulation NOC, WASA NOC & Revenue NOC. We are declared Land owner for more than 1534 Kanal of land in RDA land verification documents.

Furthermore, he also said that the layout plan of Blue World City has already been submitted to RDA for approval. The developers of BWC have envisaged to present it as a Global Tourist Destination. In addition, it is also speculated that it will serve as a catalyst for economic revival of Pakistan. Details as below:
