RDA announced 5 housing societies illegal

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has declared 5 housing societies as illegal. Most of these societies are trending top in Real Estate Market of Twin cities. 3 of them are located on Chakri Road near New Islamabad International Airport. Meanwhile, one society is present on Main Adyala road while others in Murree.

The civic agency has issued a challan & demolition notice under Punjab Housing Scheme & Land Sub-division Roles 2020. Director Metropolitan & Traffic Engineering (MP&DA) RDA Jamshed Aftab asked the owners to stop advertising of their illegal projects. Also, he requested the IESCO, SNGPL &PTCL to not provide any of there service in these projects.

Chairman RDA Tariq Mehmod Murtaza asked Mr Jamshed to continue his drive against illegal societies. Moreover, it is suggested to refrain in investing in any of such illegal project.
