PHA Rawalpindi signed MOU with PTDC for Patriata beautification

The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) and Punjab Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) inked an MOU. The Memorandum of Understanding is signed to finalize the beautification of Patriata. Main aim of PHA is to attract more tourists. It will further boost the economy in one way or another.

According to news sources, it will be very the first project of PHA that will cater outside of its territory. The beatification plan includes:

• Advancing lighting system
• More plantation
• Introduces latest rides & swings
• Integration of Potohari culture
• Constructing jogging track

Patriata is a famous tourist point. It falls in Tehsil Murree. Lush greenery, sky talking mountains & fresh ambiance allures tourists from all over the Pakistan. The up gradation plan will further increase the potential of attracting international tourists in this picnic spot.
