The project is from a very sound developer, a developer who has been consistently delivering. The brains behind the projects are of Mr Chaudry Majeed who is a sound developer and has delivered all his projects on time.

Previously delivered projects are B-17, 2 Sectors of E-11, Silver Oaks, Faisal Hills & many more. Although a little pricey for the location one thing is for sure the development work will be outstanding. I would still personally consider this one of the most solid investment options.

NOC is approved by RDA and that is one of the main reasons that the Capital Appreciation of the plots does not seem to stop. It is still very highly sought after with a very good profit for investors. If you are looking for a mid to short-term investment of less than a year look no further.
