Capital Development Authority (CDA) gives approval to five high-rise mega projects in Islamabad. They vary as per their layout designs. The five mega high-rise projects include multistory buildings varying 36 storey to 5 storey. These projects are in twin cities. The meeting of the Design Vetting Committee (DVC) of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) approves around a million square feet of land for these five projects. This approval also includes the approval of the City’s first-ever 36 storey building. This building also got approval from Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Following are those five buildings with its location:
- A 5 storey building on plot 64 in F 10 Markaz
- A 5 storey building on plot 12 on IJP Road
- A 5 Storey building on plot 13 in Sector F 7
- A 14 storey building on plot 13 in Sector G 11/3
- A 36 storey building on plot no 08 in sector F 10 Markaz
