CDA and FWO survey of Margalla Road

The CDA (Capital Development Authority) and FWO (Frontier Works Organization) have carried out a survey before the start of construction work on Margalla Road. The workers of Frontier Works Organization have moved the heavy machinery on the site, near Sangjani. But the formal construction is not yet started because of an undergoing joint survey by Capital Development Authority and Frontier Works Organization. Most probably this survey will be completed in a week. After the survey, the construction will also be started. Such surveys usually based on the measurements, alignment of the roads, and such other formal stuff.
As per resources, the Margalla project is divided into two phases; the first phase will be from Sangjani to D 12 and from Constitution Avenue to Satra Meel. In the second phase, the road from D 12 to Constitution Avenue will be constructed.
