Capital Smart City issued notice to non-payers

Capital Smart City has issued notice to all non-payers. In a recent notification published by Future Development Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd, it is asked all the non-payers to clear their confirmation amount & membership fees by latest June 6, 2020.

According to recent updates, individuals who have booked their plot after January 1st, 2020 must clear their dues. It is applicable to the buyers of 3.5 Marla plots & shared apartments. The notice also stated that after the due date no further request for confirmation acceptance will be entertained. Along with that, paid amount & MS fess will refunded in 6 months. The process of cancellation will start after 25% deduction from the amount submitted till date.

Management of Capital Smart City take this decision to entertain the public who could not pay the amount due to Eid Holiday. Thus, it has extended the date till June 6, 2020.
