All projects in Bahria Town have a legal NOC issued by Bahria Town PVT LTD prior to construction. As Bahria Town itself is a private society developer it does not require any NOC from any Governing Bodies. However they do follow the same rules & regulations of Constructions & standards as the major development bodies of Pakistan.



The development is moving at a speedy pace & lower & upper basement have been completed. This is a 3 years project so expect the project to be delivered by 2022 December they have plenty of time to complete.


Ideally located in Phase 7 & close to the commercial hub of Bahria Town Rawalpindi. This project will be a great & ideal investment for those looking for a high rise commercial or residential apartment facing the river. Located just adjacent to the Eiffel Tower it will be a an ideal location to reside & work.

The prices are quite competitive from the market, given this is there first project I can understand what they are wanting to accomplish. They have a sound architecture & the development being done is on an earthquake resistant structure should be quite convincing to most investors.

Given the location is ideal, the NOC is approved, the development is moving at a speedy pace its hard to say that this is not a viable investment. However, the developer is a comparatively new entrant in the market with no previous projects to show credibility for.
