Naya Pakistan Housing Project (NPHP) opened online registration portal for convenient registration. Reportedly, in just 15 days more than 120,000 individuals have registered themselves for these economical houses. The process in opened till start of October.

As per National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), a huge response has been seen from general public. NPHP is a current government initiative to clear the residential backlog of more than 2 million.

At a cost of just RS.250 any individuals who does not owner their own shelter can register its self in this program. This process will give authorities rough idea about the demand. Also, it will help them to plan the strategy accordingly.
