The developer has previously delivered a few projects namely River Hills 1 right adjacent to River Hills 2.
River Hills 1 seems to be an excellent project based on that, the location, affordable price. I believe this is a great option for those considering a good investment. I have spoken to developers and they are ambitious to make this project a bigger success than the previous one. Considering all the factors we will rank it 9/10.
