RDA to Verify Land Documents of 3 Housing Societies
Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) started its grand operation against illegal housing societies particularly regarding verification of land. Thus, Private Housing Societies Committee held a meeting. In this regard, chiefly several residential schemes’ land issue has been brought to table. The name of these societies are listed below:
- Green City, Gujar Khan
- New City, Taxila
- Blue World City, Rawalpindi
- Imperial garden, Rawalpindi
- University Town, Rawalpindi
- Tameer Garden, Rawalpindi
Land verification documents of aforementioned societies are pending from quite some time. Thus, Private Housing Societies Committee has called a meeting to resolve this issue. In a detailed meeting, its certainly decided that Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) will verify land documents. These three societies are enlisted below:
- Green City, Gujar Khan
- Blue Word City, Rawalpindi
- Imperial Garden, Rawalpindi
From now on wards, RDA will take further necessary actions as per Private Housing Schemes and Land Sub Division Rules, 2010.
