Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) gears up to start operations against healthcare units now. All the hospitals and clinics involved in encroachments will be catered. In addition, incompetent managements in terms of waste disposal will be served with notices.

As per sources, On August 5, 2019, RCB will began to inspect clinics and hospitals present in its jurisdiction, mainly along the Peshawar Road. Many of such clinics and hospital are already enlisted by the agency. Inspection teams would be provided by approved building plans. It will help them identifying violation there and then.

On the other hand, Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) also vigilantly taking measures against illegal residential projects. Several site offices and head offices are sealed by civic agency. Furthermore IESCo, PTCL and SNGPL also asked to don’t issue any connections to the illegal projects.
