DEVELOPMENT STATUS
Unlike other projects completed by DHA, DHA Valley does not share a very good history. Its delayed a lot particularly in terms of development. Firstly, in 2008, investors assured of delivery by 3 years time, 2011. However, later on, it extended by 2022.
In terms of development, during the course of over a decade, the work remains minimal to say the least. Moreover, till date, work is only commenced on roads along with the grey structure of 4 & 8 Marla DHA homes. Since, there’s no major development seen here. Thus, its not livable until there are proper amenities & commercial spaces available.

Generally speaking, in terms of investment, there are a lot better options than DHA Valley. However, if you are still opting for this society then you might consider the last blocks as it seems to a good option for 3-5 years.
DHA valley Islamabad balloting will take place in August of 2019 . In this balloting, approximately 3000-5000 plots will be balloted. Till now, 15,000 plots already balloted out of 46,000 plots. Meanwhile 3000-5000 expected to balloted in August.
