Chief Minister Punjab announces Rupees 5.12 Billion for the development of Narowal. The government of Pakistan is currently focusing on the development of different areas of Punjab. He also laid the foundation stones of three projects. While talking to the media, he said that these 5.12 Billion will be used for different projects that will be more than 39 in number. These projects include the supply and drainage of water, roads, and other such projects.

Moreover, he also said that a sum of Rupees 1.2 Billion will spend on the construction of two projects, namely; Narowal Zafarwal Road and Syed Chiragh Shah Bypass. The Narowal Zafarwal Road will be 33 Km. He also said that through these development funds, they will also focus on the up-gradation of the educational system, healthcare system, and other such projects. They will also build 38 KM Narowal Muridke road. The approval of Narowal Funds will surely increase the speed and pace of development in the city.
