In terms of investment it is quite a safe option if you opting for Capital Appreciation or if you are looking to add passive income to your portfolio. The developers are quite new but have the necessary expertise to pull such a large scale project off. Considering they are a new entrant in the market is the only reason they don’t have a better score. Overall, a very good project with an outstanding location & generous rental returns.
