Plus, each of these segments contains residential plots of 5, 10, and 20 Marlas. 10% down payment and 10% confirmation charges submission is required for booking of these residential plots, while the remaining will be payable on 3 years and 6 months easy installment plan.

According to the project details revealed so far, these payments will not include plot development charges. Oppositely, if investors choose to pay a 50% down payment, they can save 5% on the total amount and buyers can save up to 10% if they are willing to pay the round sum figure in advance.
