Naya Pakistan Housing Program (NPHP ) is moving one step forward towards its successful completion. Recently, Federal Government of Pakistan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This MOU was signed between United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) & Sustainable Housing Solutions (SHS). Both organizations UNOPS & SHS will provide financial & technical assistance for this venture.

Prime Minister Imran Khan appeared as a chief guest in this signing ceremony. He titled it as a Landmark Step for the betterment of the countries economy. As a pilot project, 500,000 residential units would be developed in Gwadar. It would assist low-income strata of Gwadar city including fishermen. Other parts of the country would be served phase-wise.

In addition, various legislative & administrative services are also provided to facilitate the constructors and developers including one-window operation. PM believed that it would be beneficial for real estate development industry of Pakistan along with other allied precinct as well.
