3.5 Marla Plots in Capital Smart City: New Price Plan Announced

Capital Smart City has announced new price plan for 3.5 Marla Plots in Capital Smart City. As per new price plan, the new rates is increased by PKR 110,000. In other words, the total new price of 3.5 Marla Plots is only PKR 1,610,000. Initially, the price of these 3.5 Marla plots was PKR 1,500,000.

Hence, these plots sold out in 4 days only. Keeping in view the exceeding demand of investors, management has decided to present another lot of plots with new price plan.
