The management of Capital Smart City (CSC) and Lahore Smart City (LSC) has announced exclusive discount offers on early and advance installment payments. According to the new policy, a 5% discount is applicable on each outstanding or due installment, with a maximum of 3 installments.
Similarly, LSC offers a discount of 2% on each outstanding or due installment and a 4% discount on advance installments, with a limit of 3 advance installments. The good news is that this discount policy applies to both residential and commercial plots.

Capital Smart City (CSC)
- A 5% discount on each outstanding and due installment of commercial or residential (5 marla and above) plot.
- The discount offer can be availed on up to 3 installments.
- The discount is adjusted in the upcoming installment
- An additional discount of 5.5% on the total plot size can be availed upon paying 50% of the total due payment.
Lahore Smart City (LSC)
- 2% discount on each outstanding or due installment of commercial and residential plots.
- 4% discount upon each advance installment of residential and commercial plots.
- The discount policy applies to a maximum of 3 advance installments.
