KOHAT: A collaborative effort between the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) in Hangu and the Sub-National Governance (SNG) program, an initiative funded by DFID to enhance governance, has led to the introduction of the E-TMA App. This innovative app, launched on Tuesday, empowers citizens to conveniently submit requests for various services and register complaints directly from their smartphones.
In a pioneering move towards modernization, the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) in Hangu has introduced a groundbreaking E-TMA app to revolutionize citizen services through the power of contemporary technology. This significant development was reported in a prominent newspaper on August 16.
The official launch event, which took place at the DC Office Hangu, was graced by the presence of Deputy Commissioner Fazal Akbar. During the event, the app’s pivotal role in establishing a transparent and highly efficient governance model was highlighted. This progressive initiative is the outcome of a collaboration between TMA Hangu and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), under the umbrella of the Sub-National Governance (SNG) Program.
