Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society also known as ICHS Town. Firstly, the main aim of this housing project is to provide modern amenities & services to middle class people at affordable price in a given timeline. As per Price Plan of ICHS Town, Bookings start from PKR 50,000 as down payment. Meanwhile, price of plot starts from PKR 680,000. Initially, Most of the plots were available only on full payment. After reconsideration, limited plots of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla & 1 Kanal are also available now in convenient 14 months installment plan.
On the other hand, plots of various categories & sizes are available for registered members only. Thus, registration is mandatory in order to book a plot at ICHS Town.

Currently, more than 70 percent of the development completed at ICHS. Thus strengthens its professional commitment. Ground leveling work already completed while work on Main Gate Entrance is done. It is the most economical and is located on a ideal spot. All plots booked have a street and plot assigned to you which means you know exactly where your plot is located in the map.
However, given the time, it is taking this society to develop its plots which is over 2 decades. Thus, this is great option for those opting to invest for 3-5 years. We would rank it 7/10, a great option close to Islamabad and very economical but need to be patient with the development.
