Firstly, with work being done at a speedy pace, the developer advising that its official launch to be expected soon. Moreover, very solid team of developer are backing this project. Their previous project is a marvel located on the main GT road in Rawalpindi Giga Mall. Al Ghurair is a very renowned developer.
However, few things that needclarification. Firstly, all these projects on main GT road none of them have NOC from CDA not even Giga Mall. Secondly, also some of investors did not have a very positive experience from after purchasing. Not to mention, they took a healthy 5 years extra to develop their previous project. Due to this their market credibility is not very good.
However, based on the facts alone the project is healthy & showing good progress. Looking at all the factors above, we will rank D Mall 6/10 based on location, developer, development status and market standing of this project.
