CDA has decided to re-plan New Blue Area Islamabad
Capital Development Authority (CDA) announced to re-plan New Blue Area in G-9 Islamabad. Overall, it will be comprised of 25 plots while 1 plot is reserved for further amenities. In this meeting, following salient points are discussed:
- Existing road of 24 x 475 will be dismantled. The alternate route will be shifted to another for a short time.
- The plots comes under revised layout plan will be disposed by Estate Wing CDA. The related activities will be done after the official approval from the concerned department.

Furthermore, CDA has given complete freedom for appealing, if they are aggrieved by these amendments. In view of CDA’s notice, land will be used for following purpose:
- Commercial
- Hotel
- Filling Station
- Masjid
- Graveyard
- other amenities
