Heavy machinery already deployed on the site that is working on leveling of ground. Its said that it will take more than three months then it will move to 2nd phase of development. However work is at an extremely slow pace due to the delay in the NOC from RDA.
AMMANAT EXPERT OPINION
Bin Alam City is a good idea on paper however their development status, NOC & developers credibility suggests otherwise. They are new entrants in the market of Islamabad. However, they came with a big bang & began marketing around the twin cities. But there are no such development to back peoples investment.
However their location is quite good and the about the best thing about this developer. Their previous projects in Lahore also do not have much credibility. Overall a very good planning but only if they actually put the planning to work, we would like to rank it 4/10.
